100 Night Risk-Free Trial

Nodiee’s 100 Night Risk-Free Trial is designed to give you complete peace of mind when purchasing our products.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, kindly contact us via our contact page within 100 nights of receiving your order and we will happily provide you with the return instructions.

100 Night Risk-Free Trial Eligibility

Your return request must fall within the 100-night trial period from the date of when you received your product. For orders delivered within Australia, we cover the return shipping cost. For orders delivered outside Australia, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and process the returned order, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid (excluding express shipping fees, if these were chosen at purchase).

To qualify for the refund, the items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please note that items returned in poor condition, damaged, or with missing pieces, may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your return within 1-3 days. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund within one week. We will process the refund through the original payment method used at purchase. In cases where we cannot issue a refund via the initial payment method, we will provide an equivalent credit or propose an alternative refund method.

We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and approved. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout this process.

Warranty Policy

Nodiee Pty Ltd covers all machines against any manufacturer faults that may occur within the first 12 months from the date the goods are received by the customer. If you believe your Nodiee machine has a fault, please head to our Troubleshooting page to get some immediate help or contact us with an in depth description of the issue so we can best assist you.

We may request the goods be returned to us for assessment. Following the assessment, if the machine is found fault-free, or if damage has occurred due to inappropriate use, tampering, wilful or accidental damage, misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a repair, replacement, or refund. Inappropriate usage can include, but is not limited to, dropping or damaging the machine or charging cable, using a charging cable other than that supplied by Nodiee, or opening up the Nodiee unit to expose the internal wiring and mechanics.

If we determine the issue to be a manufacturer's fault, we will either provide a repair, replacement, or issue a full refund for the item.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties, and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law. In Australia, our products come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure is not classed as a major failure. All other warranties or conditions not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded, except to the extent that these warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.

When you return the products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example, delivery costs) of returning the products to us. If your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, based on the nature of the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the price of the product.
