Refund Policy


100 Night Risk-Free Trial

All Nodiee purchases placed between March 1st to March 31st 2023 and shipped within Australia are eligible for our 100 Night Risk-Free Trial offer. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, kindly contact us via our contact page within 100 nights of receiving your order. We will then provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.


Upon receipt and processing of the returned order, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid (excluding express shipping charges if you had opted for this service). 


To qualify for the refund, the items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please note that any items returned in poor condition, damaged, or with missing pieces will be non-refundable.


60 Night Happiness Guarantee

Nodiee’s 60 Night Happiness Guarantee is designed to give you complete peace of mind when purchasing our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund of the amount paid (excluding express shipping if you opted for this) for any items up to 60 days from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for the refund, you must return the item back to us or prove that it is in transit within the 60 days period.


When making a return, please do your best to fully protect the item for shipment, this will avoid any damages in transit which could void the refund policy. Make sure to keep your tracking number as we will not be responsible for lost items in transit back to us. Please note that any products that arrive in a poor condition or with missing pieces will not be refundable.


Please ensure that the item and all original packaging are included in your return package.

If your return meets all of the 60 Night Happiness Guarantee Policy requirements, please print and clearly fill out the returns form below and place it inside your return package. Our return address is located on the bottom of the form.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Warranty Policy

All Nodiee machines are covered for any and all manufacturer faults that might occur within the first 12 months from the date the goods are received by the customer.

If you believe your Nodiee is experiencing a manufacturer fault, please head to our Troubleshooting pageto get some immediate help or contact us with an in depth description of the issue so we can best assist you.

Nodiee reserves the right to request that the goods be returned to us for assessment prior to arranging a replacement or refund. The assessment will determine whether or not you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

If the machine has been assessed and found to not contain any faults or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, Nodiee has the right to refuse to provide a repair, replacement or refund.

Tampering, willful or accidental damage, misuse and incorrect product use can include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Dropping or damaging the machine or charging cable
  • Using any charging cable other than the one supplied by Nodiee
  • Opening up the Nodiee unit to expose the internal wiring and mechanics


As soon as we determine the issue is a manufacturer's fault, Nodiee will either provide a repair, replacement or issue a full refund for the item.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law. In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.

When you return the products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.

Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product.
