We have redesigned our cable to be stronger, longer lasting, and more reliable. The new design is built to handle everyday use and provide more consistent charging for your Nodiee. As part of our commitment to Nodiee families, we are offering every eligible customer a complimentary upgrade to the new version so you can continue enjoying your device with confidence.

Over time, cables naturally wear or may be swapped with third-party alternatives that are not designed for your Nodiee. Upgrading means:

Can I keep using my current cable until the new one arrives?

Yes, as long as it is still working properly. Once your upgraded cable arrives, we recommend switching over and recycling the old one.

How long will delivery take?

Most customers receive their cable within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on location.

I have more than one Nodiee. Can I request more than one cable?

Yes. You can request an upgraded cable for each Nodiee purchased before May 2024.

Mine was given as a gift. Can I still request a cable?

Yes. You can submit a request on behalf of the person you purchased for, or forward the form for them to complete.

Does this apply to all Nodiee products?

This program applies to Sleep Assist Smart and Sleep Assist Smart PRO devices purchased before May 2024.

What should I do with my old cable?

We recommend recycling your old cable through a local e-waste program or responsibly disposing of it once you switch to the new one.
